Our Referral Policy
We believe that referrals from our valued clients are the best way for someone new to discover our services.
In an industry where quality personalised information is scarce, a referral from a family member, friend or colleague can make the decision to find a financial adviser so much simpler. That's why we greatly appreciate and take every referral from our clients seriously.
Just in case there was someone you knew who required our assistance in the future, you should be aware of our Referral Policy.
When you refer someone to us, rest assured that we treat each referral on a no-obligation basis. We welcome the opportunity to meet with any referred individuals, but there's absolutely no pressure on them to engage our services.
Confidentiality and privacy are of utmost importance to us. We maintain strict procedures to ensure that both clients and their referrals can trust that their information remains confidential. We do not discuss either party's situation with the other.
To avoid any surprises or feelings of being approached like a "telemarketer," we kindly request a brief introduction via email or an invitation to one of our workshops for any client referral.
Who Might Need Help
Rarely do people come out and directly say, "I need a financial adviser."
Instead, it's often through conversations with someone you know that you uncover the challenges they're facing or the upcoming life events where they could benefit from some assistance.
These may include:
Feeling lost or lacking direction with their finances
Planning for the arrival of a new family member
Seeking to purchase or upgrade their home
Struggling to gain traction with savings
Desiring to invest but unsure where to start
Experiencing a change in job or role
Embarking on marriage or partnership
Approaching a significant milestone birthday and wanting to take money matters seriously
These are just a few examples of the many ways we can provide support. There may be countless other areas where our expertise can help, they just haven’t met us yet.
